CASA VAZQUEÑO
About
Our project for Casa Vazqueño begins with a single idea: a wine collection can function as a living archive of a place. Located in Chihuahua, México, one of the region's pioneering vineyards, this is a brand we built from scratch for a territory that is writing its own story.
We started by deeply studying the estate, its land, its history, its living elements to identify what makes this place truly singular. From that research, we developed a specific illustration for each defining element: the walnut trees, the endemic birds, the estate's church, and the strange square stones unique to this region that, through the eyes of the Rarámuri, the indigenous people of Chihuahua, are not passive matter but silent spectators holding centuries of memory. Nothing was invented. Everything was found on site.
Each label tells a unique story, but a small one, deliberately incomplete. Together, the full collection assembles into a single, larger narrative where the bottles, side by side, become a mural. The brand only exists in its entirety
